Careers

ShareMob is a small team making apps that inspire, entertain and give joy. We work to very flexible hours and a 4-day week.

Working out of the incredible Somerset House in The Strand, ShareMob is right in the middle of a vibrant part of London.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in a small startup with plenty of room to grow.

Web Developer

Our dev team is currently native mobile focussed, and we’re now looking to compliment that with a full-time web developer, to re-work our iOS/Android app into a web product.

This is a full-stack role, as the app involves lots of multimedia and interactive UI, but also a subscription and payment back-end.

We are open to various languages and approaches to solving these problems. If it sounds interesting please feel free to get in touch for a chat about the specifics!

Content Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a content manager, to keep our apps and web products continuously fresh. Our content is becoming increasingly complex, with audio, image, video FX, and text, primarily for fun video messaging and e-cards.

We need someone to manage this content, using in-house resources where possible, and developing relationships with freelancers and agencies when required. The role requires both creativity and good organisation, to come up with new ideas on a weekly basis, and then make them a reality by briefing the right people and making sure they deliver. It also requires a keen eye for detail, to ensure the content is always consistently high quality.

  • Working with 3D designers for video filters/fx concepts
  • Using copywriters and voice artists for humorous audio and text ideas
  • Creating e-cards concepts
  • In-app events / content drops
  • Content for marketing channels such as social media, email and/or in-app
  • Scheduling seasonal content updates
  • Using analytics and engagement with users, to discover which content performs best

Machine Learning Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated machine-learning engineer. We currently have a few ML models in production for various purposes (Python, AWS SageMaker).

We’d like someone to build on these and improve them, as well as dreaming up entirely new uses for ML in photo/video entertainment apps.

If this sounds interesting please get in touch for a chat for more details!
